| • Coordinate Sales Training Program according to Global Training standards and China market requirements to achieve the sales training PTD target. Provide administrative support according to Mercedes-Benz policies and required task timeline to facilitate work efficiency. Assist the Senior Manager and Manager with key secretarial support. |

| 1. Sales Training Coordination • Assist in organizing Sales program trainings. • Assist in analyzing training improvement suggestions based on TEVAS 1. • Coordinate the distribution of Sales training materials. • Prepare attendance list for trainers before the training. • Input Sales training attendance status and test scores into SABA system. • Filling and archiving of the relating Sales training documents. • Support Sales Certification program upon demand (e.g. written test ). 2. Administration Tasks • Collect and follow-up signatures from required departments and support approval procedures (e.g. Vice President signature or company chop). • Coordinate the meeting room arrangement and prepare the meeting room facilities for key meetings. • Other miscellaneous office administration activities. 3. Senior Manager and Manager Secretarial Support • Prepare business travel arrangements (e.g. flight, hotel). • Process business travel reimbursement and miscellaneous claims. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • University degree majored in business administration. Experience: • Minimum 1 years fulltime working experience in administrative or secretarial field. Special Knowledge: • Language & Computer Skills Good written and spoken English. Good MS-Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access). • Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills Solid knowledge of administrative support (e.g. filing, planning, processes) Basic knowledge of project management • Other Generic Competency Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills |
