| Objective of job |

| Responsible in conducting quality training courses according to DAG international standard and corporate requirement for all target groups at the dealerships in Hong Kong/Macau/mainland China. |

| 1 Training Conduction (according to the appointed field of competence) • Prepare training syllabuses, manual and teaching aids • Conduct theoretical and practical training for mainland China, HK & Macau dealerships • Monitor, supervise, motivate the learning process of all participants during each allocated training course 2 Training Evaluation • Follow the defined assessment procedures to evaluate skill attainment of participants under training • Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to the training manager or senior training manager 3 Assistant to training manager • Together with management training manager, prepare / update annual training plan and resources allocation charts • Together with the other trainers to upkeep the training facility / training center • Together with training manager, negotiate, proof-read service contracts with all external service providers • Provide other necessary administration supports 4 Self-Improvement • Acquire updated knowledge of training/teaching methods and aids |
| Qualification required |
| Education • Bachelor degree or master degree in engineering, retail sales or communication. Experience • At least 1 years relevant sales working experience. Or minimum 2 years training experience. Special Knowledge / Personal Traits • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin • Proficient in Microsoft application, PowerPoint, Excel and Word • Techniques in presentation, teaching and workshop instruction • Ultra high inter-personal communication skills • Conscientious & self-motivated, pleasant personality, team player and ability to work under pressure |
