| Observe that DAG/MBCL warranty policy is adhered to in the aftersales network and that MBCL market responsibility is fulfilled. Improve procedures to reduce warranty cost. Aassist Manager in Warranty Operation, compile warranty data, analyse key figures, provide reports. |

| 1 Warranty Control and Comprehensive Claim processing • Process warranty/goodwill claims, monitor damage category and number level for individual regions and dealers. • Report deviation for improvement measure. 2 Warranty Control and Market Monitoring • Handle advance warranty/goodwill claim decisions (ESKULAB). • Compile all relevant warranty / goodwill data of the corresponding markets, analyse deviations in service centres. 3 Team assistance: • Assist or be alternative on claim processing, ESKULAB enquiry reply, system maintenance, document maintenance, etc. when necessary. |
| Qualification required |
| Skills/Experience/Attributes : At least 3 years experience in the automotive business on wholesale and retail level, with at least 2 years experience at workshop, reception as well as spare parts operations. Proper experience on Warranty processing; product features; repair procedures for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars; IT systems. Relevant professional development and experience; product knowledge; warranty regulations. Specific knowledge: Intimate knowledge of DAG/MCG wholesale and retail policies, warranty / goodwill guidelines, processes, systems requirements related to DAG/MCG After-Sales Service. Fluent in English, Mandarin; Computer operation; Communication skills; Management skills Education/Training: University degree in a Technical Engineering Discipline or equivalent and recognised relevant professional development and experience on after-sales service of motor vehicle. Holding relevant diploma or certificate on computer programs like dBase, visual Basic, etc. is of advantage. |
