| • Assist in the planning and delivery of internal and external marketing and communication programs according to Training & Retail Qualification strategy and Mercedes-Benz standards to facilitate smooth implementation of training in the Mercedes-benz dealership network. Act as "one voice" to external key stakeholders (e.g. Mercedes-Benz dealers, dealer groups and other Daimler entities) to ensure consistetency of communication of messages. Establish regular communication with Mercedes-Benz dealership network to understand training requiremtns and overall feedback on training quality. |

| 1. Internal Marketing & Communcations • Identify touch points between the Training & Retail Qualification department and other internal stakeholders of the Mercedes-Benz wholesale organization (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Aftersales, Network Development, Regional Training Centers). • Assist in the planning and delivery of internal marketing and communication programs. • Create, plan and develop content, layout and production of internal marketing and communication (e.g. in-House Magazine). • Write key speech notes, briefing notes, and media articles for internal stakeholders (e.g. Townhall Meeting). • Coordinate and monitor the quality and execution of marketing and communication programs through external vendors • Ensure clarity and consistency of messages as well as ease of access to communication. • Assesses overall cross-department communications, reports and recommend improvements as well as maintain all materials up-to-date. • Encourage, promote and strengthen knowledge sharing within Training & Retail Qualification department and across the Mercedes-Benz wholesales organization (e.g. workshop, regular meetings, trouble-shooting). 2. External Marketing & Communications • Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing and communication programs for external key stakeholders (e.g. startup communication package for new Mercedes-Benz dealers) • Act as "one voice" to external key stakeholders (e.g. Mercedes-Benz dealers, dealer groups and other Daimler entities) to ensure that messages are communicated in a consistent and timely manner. • Establish and monitor regular feedback channels between Training & Retail Qualification department and external key stakeholders to improve cross-communication and acquire valuable key information. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • University degree majored in PR, communication, marketing or business administration. Experience: • Minimum 3 years fulltime working experience in communication or marketing are at corporate or retail level. Special Knowledge: • Language & Computer Skills Excellent written and spoken English. Good MS-Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access). • Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills Solid knowledge of corss-departmental communication Solid knowledge of marketing Basic knowledge of project management (e.g. management of internal and external stakeholders).
