| - Product management: track product change plan, coordinate with product, sales planning & logistic teams, communicate to dealers accordingly - Market intelligence: closely monitor competitors movement on daily basis: new products, new spec, latest MSRP, transaction price and incentive measures, timely feedback to management team - New product dealer feedback: design questionnaire, collect dealer feedback, consolidate dealer feedbacks, analysis and report to management team - Product related project: lead and coordinate with external agency, ensure high quality - Sales performance of each model: closely monitor, timely feedback to management team if there is any abnormal issue - Support special discount payout: check documents and calculate incentive for each dealer - Support marketing event and other team support work |

| Education: Bachelor degree Experience: At least 2 years experience in the automotive industry Special Knowledge: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving thinking Ability to work independently and be a team player with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure Excellent presentation and communication skills Excellent in Chinese and English, both written and oral Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications |
