| Operation SABA (Learning Management System) according to Mercedes-Benz guidelines and department business requirements to ensure an effective and efficient Participant Administration Management (PAM). Assist as 1st level support (helpdesk) for internal and external key SABA users. Maintain the data quality in SABA and prepare training reports upon request. Prepare and deliver PAM process and SABA system training materials to internal and external key SABA users. |

| PAM Operation: - Fulfill an effective and efficient Participant Administration Management and SABA system operation according to Mercedes-Benz guidelines. - Assist in the monitoring of SABA data quality and qualification level of SABA users. - Check regularly status of enrollment and manage cancellation process. - Provide internal departments with required retail training information from SABA system. - Join regular meetings with training administrators. PAM 1st Level Support: - Assist as helpdesk for SABA system to internal and external key users. - Provide first-hand experience/advice on system usage and training related topics. - Collect and consolidate technical requests as well as act deputy for emergency situations 2nd level support in Germany/Singapore for trouble shooting. - Help to issue statistic reports for helpdesk usage according to PAM lead instruction. PAM Reporting: - Develop and prepare report concept/storyline for corporate and retail level upon demand. - Obtain relevant data from SABA system to produce required reports and analysis. - Review report and data quality as well as suggest improvements. PAM Training Material Preparation: - Assist in the preparation and delivery of PAM training to enhance qualification of internal (e.g. within the organization) and external (e.g. Mercedes-Benz dealers) SABA users. - Record and consolidate weekly FAQs and improvement suggestions from users as well as prepare regularly reports for SABA users. - Assist to update SABA user newsletter/training materials/literature. - Share first-hand experience with PAM lead about daily direct communication of SABA users to initiate timely effective and tailor-made measures to further qualify SABA users. PAM Team Administration: - Provide administrative support to PAM team to support daily business upon request. - Assist in vendor selection process and vendor payment through EBP. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: University degree majored in management information system or business administration. Experience: Minimum 2 years fulltime working experience in administration, IT or training function. Specific Knowledge: Language & Computer Skills -Good written and spoken English. -Good MS-Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access). Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills -Solid knowledge of cross-departmental communication -Solid knowledge of administration -Basic knowledge of management information systems Other Generic Competency -Detail Oriented Mindset -Communication Skills -Interpersonal Skills -Customer Orientation |
