| Provide technical support and advice to the service network to enable workshops to serve customers efficiently and cost conscious, liaise with regional offices. Priority on maintenance / coordination of the Technical Examination Facilities within the Technical Support Centre. |

| 1. Technical Network Support and Service Measure / Recall Implementation Advise on enquiries from the service network and assist to solve technical problems, ensure economic repairs with warranty cost reduction. Priority on handling service measure and recall campaigns. Prepare service measure / recall documents and inform the network 2. Product Analysis, Reporting on Service Measure / Recall Analyse product problems and prepare technical reports. Compile service measure / recall completion reports. Problem solving Process Liaise with DCAG and supplier in the problem solving process 3. Monitoring Monitor compliance with guidelines for repair processes and operation of equipment, advice on use of information sources, recommend improvement measures, report implementation. Follow-up regularly the completion of service measures / recalls 4. On the Job Training Conduct update technical information sessions, provide on-the-job training 5. Service Measure / Recall at Retail Monitor the processing of service measures / recall campaigns during field visits 6. Relationship Cultivate good relations and contacts to your counterparts in DCAG and the regions 7.Technical Examination Facilities Maintain good order in the TEF, coordinate the usage of the workplace, control expenses, keep record of the time, purpose and persons using the TEF. Conduct vehicle tests |
| Qualification required |
| Skills / Experience / Attributes: - At least 5 years working experience in after sales business, at least 3 years working experience in MB workshop in technical function - Professional automotive qualification, experience with technical support on MB products Specific Knowledge: - Profound MB product knowledge; good knowledge of MB After-Sales Service, workshop organization and equipment, repair procedures, workshop information system, computer knowledge. Positive attitude when supporting service network Education / Training: - Degree in recognized automotive education - Fluent in English, Mandarin |
