| • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of fixed assets transaction records • Guarantee that the fixed assets transactions are properly capitalized, depreciated, transferred, disposed and impairment provisions are accurately performed. • Ensure the fixed assets confirmation and count are carried out timely and accurately • Ensure fixed assets register is reconciled with actual fixed asset records • Ensure that all fixed assets transaction and management meet the compliance requirement of FCPA and Sarbanes-Oxley (404) • Ensure bank reconciliation accuracy • Ensure GL journal voucher and related entries correctly made |

| 1. Review and validate FA Form for capitalization application. 2. Record all FA related transactions in SAP, including capitalization, disposal, transfer etc. 3. Run depreciation cycle in SAP and check accounting entry posting results, and perform reconciliation. 4. Perform FA impairment assessment and make provision. 5. Perform the adjustment to meet IFRS requirement. 6. Work with FA Administrator to reconcile FA Log Book with FA Register in system. 7. Work with user dept and FA Administrator to perform FA count. 8. Reconcile FA ledger with GL ledger on a regular basis. 9. Follow the group and local accounting principle to check whether FA depreciation method needs adjustment. 10. Perform bank reconciliation on a monthly basis. 11. Prepare GL entries. |

| Education: • Bachelor's degree in accounting Experience: • 1-3 years experiences with foreign company's accounting experience Specific Knowledge: • Familiar with SAP system preferred • Certified Accountant qualification • Fluent with both Chinese and English |
