| 1 Setting target for StarElite dealership • Setting up used car retail target for SPO dealers • Setting up trade-in target for SPO dealers • Complete target agreement and documents 2 Steering policy execution at dealership • Dealer standard execution • SPO dealer addendum execution • Process and standard execution 3 Manage dealers' performance • Identify dealer performance issues and examine causes with dealers. • Steer and develop trade-in ratio in SPO dealers. • Steer and develop SPO sales in SPO dealers. • Monitor and guide dealers to make StarElite marketing activities. • Monitor and guide dealers to do active purchase. • Motivate and stable the used car team in the dealers level • Manage the dealers run used car business with reasonable profit. • Manage dealers keep the SPO cars with high quality according to SPO standard • Discuss and consolidate target for short-term program and campaign. 4 Develop dealer network in the region • Select qualified dealers within the region • Support and guide used car project proceed. 5 Bridge the gap between central and dealers • Deliver and steer dealers implement central's requirement / strategy. • Reflect marketing development and used car practice to the central office 6 Support trade-in activities with Non-SPO dealers • Coordinate with regional office to support trade-in activities with Non-SPO dealers |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • University/ Masters degree preferably with specialization in Management or Retail Operations • Leadership, project management & financial management training • Fluency in English and preferably Chinese Experience: • Leadership ability • Substantial (China) automotive industry experience, preferably with used car experience • Ability to lead operation teams • Hands-on project implementation experience/responsibility • Computer skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and Web Specific Knowledge: • Solid knowledge and understanding of automotive business, especially in the used car area • Knowledge of used car operations • Ability to understand and interpret financial data • Ability to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve pre-established objectives |
