| • To improve customer satisfaction through a smooth and effective implementation of customer care/retention program • Ensure in-time report/analysis on the dealers' S&M employee status through a efficient management of RME based system • Assistance on the other Retail Qualification and Customer Satisfaction related projects |

| 1 Implementation of regular customer care program - Consolidate target customers list for the program at monthly base - Classify customer group for different program measures - Check and make sure the availablity of program measures - Coordinate CRM team to implement the program measures - Communicate the implementation status summary to regions and dealers (via. Regional DMs) 2 Management of dealer S&M employee information - Maintain the RME based system with the support from e-marketing team - Check the status of dealers' update & submission of the data required on the platform - Coordinate DMs to push dealers' update on the information if needed - Generate monthly employee report and send out to relevant teams as planned 3 Assistance on the other retail qualification and customer satisfaction projects as assigned |

| Education University degree or above with major in engineering or administration science Career Experience At least two years customer care or customer satisfaction related working experience Special Knowledge - Good command on Office software,esp. PPT - Fluent English and Madarine both for oral and writing Professional Skills - Good team player with excellent communication skill - Being structure mindset and good time management skill |
