| 1 Processing of parts claims for inbound and outbound matters based on the parts claim policy. Handle claims within the timeframe set, investigate, communicate and decide the claims with the parties over the supply chain. 2 Inbound: Liase with parts suppliers regarding submiting and processing of vendor claims. Verify Credit Notes issued by vendor. Assist vendor in goods replacement, return or other relevant activities due to faulty supply. Determine irregularities and report to management. Participate in problem resolution. 3 Outbound: Liase with Sales Administration team regarding handling and processing of dealer claims. Handle outbound claims processing, incl. claim investigation, approve/reject claim on RWCS, issuance of credit notes on IMS . Determine irregularities and report to management. Participate in problem resolution. |
| Qualification required |
| Training: Diploma in Logistics, Customer Relations and/or Business Administration or equivalent. Experience (type of): -Customer service oriented. Experience in handling customer relation regarding claim management with minimum 2 to 3 years. - Prior experience in the automotive business on wholesale and/or retail level is advantage. - Average analytical, conceptual, communication and inter-personal relationship skills. Specific knowledge: -Good command of written and spoken English. -Computer literate. |
