| • To arrange the CBU vehicle wholesale transportation to dealers, according to the requested qaulity standard and leadtime, deal with transport damage claims, within legal requirements, and with the objective to efficiently match business operation. |

| 1. Track incoming and outgoing vehicle status, coordinate with VPC vendors to prepare the unloading, storage, loading resources 2. On site coordination with forwarders, VPC vendors and central VL team members to ensure smooth and efficient car receiving and handover operations; Solve issues occurred. 3. Deal with transport damage complaints. 4. Transportation service fee verification 5. Record and monitor service providers' KPI 6. Maintain relevant data in SAP and reports 7. Other assigned tasks |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • Bachelor's Degree, similar major is a plus; Experience: • 3 years vehicle logistics relevant working experience; Special Knowledge: • Experienced in vehicle transportation and forwarder management; • Working experience in Auto industry is preferred; • Vehicle PDI knowledge is preferred; • Good negotiation & communication skill are essential • Good PC application knowledge in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel. |
