| 1. Develop CRM Strategy and Yearly Plan - Develop CRM Strategy jointly with department head and team - Develop Acquisition and Loyalty Plan 2. Develop and implement CRM Acquisition and Loyalty Campaigns - define scope of acquisition and loyalty programs - support product launch campaigns – define CRM programs - Develop communication strategy for each program and identify CRM tools - steer the implementation of all acquisition and loyalty programs - manage and monitor performance of CRM agencies - coordinate with other functional departments(e.g. Sales Management, Marketing, Regional Office) to roll-out programs - Identify partnership opportunities and build partnership relationship - solicit feedback from regional office/ dealers in the program design phase to ensure that programs are relevant and realistic targets are set - Ensure clear KPIs are set and reporting merchanism is in place 3. Steer CRM campaigns roll-out at related areas - conduct close communications with various dept and at dealer level if necessary for CRM guidelines, tool-kits, programs - develop dealer guidelines for all acquisition and loyalty programs - Communicate KPIs and reporting requirements 4. Budget Planning & Monitoring - Plan, supervise and monitor all CRM budget and expenditure - Ensure all projects are completed within allocated resourced budget parameters - Ensure all projects/implementations are complianced - Responsible for yearly budget planning 5. Team Development & Management - lead, supervise and develop staff in the team - regular meetings with team to keep them updated on overall department directives and create a platform to provide both feedback and learning opportunities |
| Qualification required |
| Education University degree in Marketing, business management, or related disciplines. Experience - 5-8 years working experience in automotive/ service/ finance & banking/ and/ or Fortune 500 companies. - Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in strategy development, CRM, IT Consulting or automotive business is a must. - Possess strong project management skills - Possess excellent commercial acumen and business understanding as well as a strong customer ethos. - Be passionate, forward thinking and results-driven with a commitment to succeed. - Possess excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and produce quality results. - Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the business as well as effective leadership skills. Able to excel in cross-functional and information sharing environment - Familiar with customer database development, customer data management and analytical tools. - Good analytical skills and numerate; comfortable with statistics and quantitative analysis. - Excellent presentation and communication skills; must be familiar with powepoint, Excel and Word. - Proficient (written/spoken) English and Mandarin. |
