| Effectively support and manage all general adminitstrational and operational matters (administration, accounting & controlling, IT HR) concerning regional office matters: implementation of MBCL systems and guidelines; regular report of regional office related issues. Under central level guidance, play an active role in supporting other regional functions (sales & marketing, network development, after sales services, etc.). |
