| - Support Regional Director in developing new dealerships in the region according to the retail masterplan and targets under dealer estabslishment process and DCAG autohaus architectural guidelines. - Enhance optional competence of dearlers in respective district(s) according to MB standards, retail strategy, processes and policies. - Conduct regular visits to dealers to monitor KPIs with a view of improving productivity and profitability within the district. - Coordinate all retail projects as assigned. |

| 1. New Dealer Establishment • Steer new dealer in establishment process, coordinate with MBCL other departments, BBAC and external contractors to ensure successfully pass Pre-Opening Compliance Check (POCC) by the date signed in MOU • Monitor all new dealer construction/relocation/renovation/upgrade projects in the region, monitor status with KAB and TJPM, check and follow up on action plans with dealers • Coordinate POCC training participation with dealers • Coordinate Pre-Opening Compliance Checking with BBAC/dealer, check dealer standards compliance, propose confirmation of POCC appointment and arrange other logistics 2. Dealer Development • Conduct regular dealer visit and complete report, trouble shooting, ad-hoc support and consulting, update dealer profile • Identify dealer performance issues and examine causes based on business management reports • Use KPIs to develop and agree on action plans with dealer, follow up on corrective action plans through phone calls and dealer visits • Assist and participate in DSP consulting program for dealers • Support launch of DMS according to the priority list • Administer to concept and work on details of regional conference and other dealer events • Coach the dealers to learn and apply related PIR tools 3. Dealer Standards Auditing • Ensure that dealer conducts self-assessment and request exemptions where required, translate audit into action plan and follow up • Consolidate dealer audit results • Aggregate dealer communication feedback at the regional level • Prepare dealer standards exemption applications, discuss and agree on corrective/action plans as well post-implementation checks to ensure fulfillment 4. Target Agreement Setting and Evaluation • Disucss and consolidate formal target agreement with dealer, evaluate and report target achievement • Discuss ND related target agreement and obtain sign-off from dealers • Review ND target fulfilment regularly with dealer, develop and agree on action plans with dealer and follow up on them 5. Dealer Selection • Conduct site visit, draft site visit report DSR • Organize dealer interview and analyse financial assessment for dealer selection 6. SSI & CSI Translate corrective measures into action plan, develop function and dealer-specific monthly visit and action plan Coordinate Pre-Opening Compliance Checking with BBAC/dealer, check dealer standards compliance, propose confirmation of POCC appointment and arrange other logistics |
| Qualification required |
| Education University degree and/or above Experience 3-5 years in business development of related industry Successful proven record in project management Special Knowledge Understanding of automobile industry particularly in retail network development/retail operation Project management Fluent in Mandarin, English Interpersonal skills |
