| • Ensure that dealerships within the responsible district to achieve the wholesale and retail target. • Monitor and enable dealership sales and marketing business running in profitable and professional way. • Manage and ensure all dealerships to comply with the MBCL's policies and standards. • Develop with dealership management the marketing strategies designed to increase market share and brand awareness in the local market. • Analysis the local market intelligence and implement business reporting. • All tasks are to be carried out in accordance with the appropriate procedure and work instructions |

| 1. To assist in preparing annual dealer target agreement and year end dealer achievement evaluation for sales/marketing. • To participate dealer annual target setting • To participate year end target achievement evaluation and dealer margin calculation and payout. • To implement target achievement reporting. 2. To implement dealer development, CSI. • To develop draft annual visit plan. • To review latest information from HQ in preparation for dealer visit (in- put business management reports, CSI, dealer standards, marketing activities, dealer development target etc.). • To develop function and dealer specific monthly visit and action plan. • To execute the action plan (review progress of annual plan and target achievement, monitor dealer sales operations via key performance indicators etc.). • To enhance dealer sales operations through troubleshooting, process and system consultancy. • To work out the next steps action plan with dealer. • To complete the dealer visit report and update dealer case file. • To report and discuss operation specific issues in weekly meeting. • To monitor the action plan. 3. To implement dealer marketing plan. • To coordinate implementation of national plan at dealer level. • To propose local marketing activities. • To ensure dealer specific marketing plan is developed (align local with national marketing plan) • To ensure marketing plan is executed. • To implement dealer marketing plan evaluation. 4. To execute dealer standards. • To ensure that dealer conducts self-assessment and request exemptions where required. • To translate audit report into action plan. 5. To execute business reporting. • To supply the required business report. • To analyze and feed back the local market intelligence. 6. To work out with the dealer management the internal and external training plan and monitor dealer participation in required training. 7. To support the wholesale in the dealer establishment process. 8. To carry out other tasks as required and directed from time to time. |
| Qualification required |
| Skills/Experience/Attributes: Background in the automotive industry (preferably) with retail or wholesale experience, excellent oral and written skills with sound problem solving abilities. Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically. Tactful and diplomatic. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and Web. Specific knowledge: Working knowledge of retail/wholesales operation. (Specific knowledge of Automobile dealer operations a plus). Able to understand and interpret financial data. Ability to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve pre-established objectives. Customer handling, Time Management and conflict resolution skills. Candidate should have fluent oral and written English skills. Education/Training: Successful completion of a recognised training course in business management, including a component of financial management. Completion of a conflict resolution/mediation skills training course. University degree preferred. |
