| • Ensure that dealerships within the responsible district to achieve the wholesale and retail target of full range models including MB CBU cars, SMART and AMG. • Monitor and assist dealerships sales and marketing business running in profitable and professional way. • Provide support and coordination to used car and fleet sales operation on dealer level. • Manage and ensure all dealerships to comply with MBCL's policies and standards. • Develop with dealerships management and MBCL regional marketing colleagues on marketing strategies to increase market share and brand awareness in the local market. • Collect and analyse local market intelligence, and report in dealer visit reports. All tasks are to be carried out in accordance with the appropriate procedure and work instructions. |

| 1.To assist in preparing annual dealer target agreement and year end dealer achievement evaluation for sales/marketing. • To participate dealer annual target setting. • To participate year end target achievement evaluation and review dealer margin calculation and payout. • To monitor dealer monthly/quarterly/annual target achievement 2.To implement district sales management. • To draft annual visit plan. • To review latest information from HQ in preparation for dealer visit (in- put business management reports, CSI, dealer standards, marketing activities, dealer development target etc.). • Provide support to C-management, Dealer Support Program (DSP), Assessment Centre (AC) and other ad-hoc projects • To develop function and dealer specific monthly visit and action plan. • To execute and monitor agreed action plan (review progress of annual plan and target achievement, monitor dealer sales operations via key performance indicators etc.). • To enhance dealer sales operations through troubleshooting, process and system consultancy. • To complete the dealer visit report and update dealer case file. • To report and discuss operation specific issues in monthly meeting. 3.To support retail marketing by working together with dealers and Regional Marketing Manager • To coordinate implementation of national plan at dealer level. • To propose ideas on local marketing activities. 4.To ensure Sales-related Dealer Standards are being adhered to. • To ensure that dealer conducts self-assessment and request exemptions where required. • To provide input on Dealers' application for exemption of failed Dealer Standards • Devise action plan to rectify failed standards found in DSA report. 5.To submit business reports • To supply the required business reports. • To collect, analyze and provide feed back to Regional Manager on local market intelligence. 6.To work out with the dealer Sales Department management the internal and external training plan and monitor dealers' participation level in required trainings. 7.To provide active support during the dealer establishment process. 8.To carry out other tasks as required and directed by the management from time to time. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: -Successful completion of a recognised training course in business management, including a component of financial management. Completion of a conflict resolution/mediation skills training course. University degree preferred. Experience: -Background in the automotive industry (preferably) with retail or wholesale experience, excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin with sound problem solving abilities. Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically. Tactful and diplomatic. Good team player and willing to learn and share with other team members. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and Web. Special Knowledge: -Working knowledge of retail/wholesales operation. (Specific knowledge of Automobile dealer operations a plus). Able to understand and interpret financial data. Ability to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve pre-established objectives. Customer handling, Time Management and conflict resolution skills. |
