职位描述/要求：

Objective of job
• Provide Body & Paint works support to the dealer ship via Diagnosis /Interior & Exterior Support Centre, XSF system, TIPS and field service, to reduce diagnosis and repair times for better workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job designation
1. Technical Network Support Advise on enquiries from the service network and assist to solve technical problems by using remote diagnosis system, XSF system and TIPS system; recommend economic repairs resulting in warranty cost reduction 2. Field Service Provide field support on particular irregularities 3. Product Analysis Analyze product problems and prepare technical reports, liaise with the manufacturer and supplier in the problem solving process 4. Workshop support Support MB workshops in case of diagnosis problems 5. Monitoring Monitor compliance with guidelines for repair processes and operation of equipment, advice on use of information sources; recommend improvement measures, report implementation. 6. Vehicle Tests and Diagnosis performance Perform vehicle tests in particular cases in the Technical Examination Centre (TEC). Assist after sales network to improve diagnosis performance in the workshops 7. Relationship To cultivate good relations to workshops (trouble shooting) and regions
Qualification required
Education At least 7 years working experience in after sales business, at least 5 years as Body & Paint works in MB workshop. Professional automotive qualification, excellent knowledge in MB products. Experience Profound MB product knowledge; good knowledge of MB After-Sales Service, workshop organization and equipment, repair procedures, workshop information system. Customer knowledge, especially for all systems related to the Body and Paint works. Positive attitude when supporting service network. Special Knowledge Degree in recognized automotive education or more than 7 years working experience in Body and Paint works, fluent in English.
