| To coordinate and monitor logistics processes specific for CBU vehicle logistics including custom clearance, PDI arrangement, warehouse management, and car release to customers etc, within legal requirements, and with the objective to efficiently match business operation. |

| 1. Monitor and coordinate importation processes jointly make PDI and delivery plan together with regional logistics colleagues, involved in VPC management, etc, in general, assist in monitoring the overall operations in ports and solving problems and disputes during the daily operations. 2. Monitor and ensure proper usage of SAP system by the team users; Provide business data and reports；Coordinate with IT and other relevant dept to solve problems during daily usage; Raise improvement suggestions, and follow up with the implementation. 3. Regularly (monthly) collect and complie pipeline data, assist in logistics operational planning, such as: staff, warehouse space, PDI & repairing capacity, logistics expenses planning, etc. 4. Monitor IP application plan, approval processes, ensure timely and accurate IP availability; Provide data/report as MOC request, assist in solving relevant problems 5. Assist in logistics vendor management, mainly including service capacity planning and monitoring, performance, rating & actual expenses evaluation, contract management; assist in sourcing & evaluation new suppliers. 6. Assist in routine communication with customs, MOC, CCIB, CQC, provide info & report on request. 7. Monitor and and urge business required payment by A/P timely, assist in solving the relevant problems; Monitor the supplier invoices and payment track, provide analysis report; Assist in making the logistics expenses planning. 8. Urge CRO to submit/update imported models' tenical parameter to CQC, monitor and ensure timely COC data submission for imported vehicles, follow up CQC approval progress. 9. Plan and apply for 3C sticker, Chinese owner manual, navigation upload DVD, monitor the usage and stock. 10. Assist in continuous process improvement and implementation. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: Bachelor's Degree, similar major is a plus; Experience: 5+ years related experience with multi-national company of logistics Operation level; Specific Knowledge: • Strong sense of team work and responsibility; • Excellent multi-tasking skills; • Good planning and organizing skills as well as experience in project management; • Good communication, interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills; • Excellent command of office computer software, competent in operating warehouse & transportation management software; • Good command of English; • Self-motivated & diligent. |
