| Manage Service Providers (warehousing & Transportation) in order to achieve contractually as well as internally agreed KPI's. |
| Job designation |
| 1. Monitoring warehouse parts inventory level, parts accuracy (critical parts), location maintenance. Monitor agreed stock management KPI's with the supplier stock management team 2. Set up reporting system of warehouse operation, logistic KPI and with know-how to find out potential issue and work with supplier to provide solution 3. Well understand dealership workshop operation and parts business in retail level. Propose improvements in order to increase CSI and customer orientation 4. Find the opportunity to streamline the warehouse process, to improve the productivity 5. Find and implement improvements in the supply chain to improve delivery service (transport claims, lead-time). Initiate and implement packaging improvement measures 6. Prepare relevant reporting and process flow |
| Qualification required |
| Education: - University Degree Experience: - At Least 5 years experiences in operational logistics and management functions - Relevant working experience on parts business and automotive industry Specific Knowledge: - Knowledge of parts business and automotive industry - Fluent English both in oral and written - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Strong presentation and report writing skills |
