| - Project management: lead long term projects for sustainable sales growth, including designation of project concept, define detailed rules, execution, monitoring and final evaluation - Strategy management: develop sales strategies for critical models throughout product life cycle, for coping with emergencies and for exploring market potentials, etc - Actively propose product measures for future development - Closely monitor sales performance of each model from all aspects, identify problem and timely communicate with relative team / department - Monitor market trend and competitors movement, timely feedbacks and come up with countermeasures - Support special discount payout work |

Product management from sales perspective - Master the whole product portfolio of MB brand and keep studying China market and analyzing customer needs - Monitor sales performance of each MB model and competitors' movement - Strategically propose measures for sustainable sales growth of each model in China market - Discuss with product team and management to finetune measures and make them approved 2. Strategy management - Product related strategies: develop overall sales strategies for critical models throughout product life cycle - Insight into the comparison with competitors , propose strategical product measures for future development - Other strategies to cope with emergencies or further explore market potentials, etc 3. Project management: - Come up with project concepts for long term sales growth - Develop project content and lead the collaboration with related departments to get the project approved and ensure all related functional teams are ready to roll out the project - Inplement projects and closely monitor market feedback, timely take remedial measures - Project evaluation and future 4. Support sales measure development - Based on sales performance and vision in the future, actively think of new ideas for incentive programs - Develop incentive program policy and design program details to ensure the effectiveness of motivating dealers and minimizing risk for MBCL - Externally discuss or negotiate with cooperative parties; internally discuss programs with S&M GM, F&C and other related 5. Pipeline Management - Track and analyze wholesale / retail / stock performance - Keep updating pipeline date, closely monitor wholesale and retail momentum - Help identify stock risk at early stage and bring it up to management 6 Support special discount payout work - Incentive bonus calculation and payout - Track actual spending and make future spending forecast |

| Skills: Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically. Tactful and diplomatic. Fluent(spoken/written) English and Madarin; very good MS office knowledge(Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Functionality Skills: Working knowledge of retail/wholesales operation. (Specific knowledge of Automobile dealer operations a plus). Able to understand and interpret financial data. Ability to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve pre-established objectives. Special Knowledge: Min.3 years working experience; Economics/Commerce (with marketing focus) or technical university degree or mechanical engineering/education with supplementary professional experience in the other subject each; experience in the automotive industry, also supplier. |
