| In accordance with MBCL retail guidelines, monitor the retail situation and dealer target achievement; coordinate with the allocation team, sales planning team, and logistics team to garante the retail TA achivement; support the sales management team on other projects, such as dealer target setting, market survey, retail and wholesale reporting and analysis, sales management policy upgrade and implementation in order to streamline the retail business process, enhance the sales management concept, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of daily sales operation. |

Dealer TA setting Setting Top down TA of the regions, summarise the dealer TA from the region. Coordinate the TA setting issue with the region and dealers, update the TA if any new dealer joins. 4. RME system maintain Sending the role data to the system person and maintain the report in the RME system. TA management in the RME system. Marketing event improvement in the RME system. 5. Transaction price supervise Summarize the transation price and making the report accordingly, in order to help the incentive team to make the program. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: Bachler Degree and above. Experience: At least 5 years experience in auto sales and marketing operation, dealer management Specific knowledge: Sales operation, strong communication skills, Excel and Powerpoint skill, English both speaking and writting |
