| - Support MB dealership business performance by providing on-site retail consulting in sales operations, sales management, sales force management, marketing / CRM and used car business - Continuous enhancement of the retail consulting concept, approach and tools. Set-up of a process to ensure best practice sharing among the retail network |

| Skills - general skills, personality traits: - Be active listener and be able to decipher information through effective communication, draw logical conclusions through independent thinking - Detail oriented during consulting and communication - Demonstrate effective presentation skills with clear, logical organization of materials as well as convincing business cases - Highly responsible person Functionality Skills - Process and technical skills: - Analytical skills: be able to consolidate various sources of information and establish a analysis process and logic and derive to a performance assessment of the dealership - Basic dealer operation knowledge and performance measurements: basic understanding of the retail sales process and process enabling system, familiar with general dealership showroom management principles, standard and tools Experience and education: - Education: Degree in business management or equivalent qualification (college, etc.) - Experience: Comprehensive work experience - at least 4 years in operational sales in a Mercedes-Benz (preferred) or other dealership. Alternatively, experience as sales manager or business manager of a Mercedes-Benz (preferred) or other dealership in addition to operational sales experience. - Specific knowledge: Analytical and conceptual skills, methodological skills (consulting skills preferred). Experience in leadership. Confident communicator, innovative system-thinker, empathetic and customer-oriented enabler. Fluent in English and good command of MS Office applications. Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz retail process- and systems landscape. Mgt and leadership skills: - Project management skills: establish a system to continuously monitor time, cost, and quality deliverables throughout the project period; seek continuous improvement throughout the process |
