职位描述/要求:

Objective of job
- Support (1st and 2nd Level) and maintenance of job related Systems (Lead Management System etc.) incl. Reporting
- Maintenance and documentation of all Processes and Organization related to Retail Business Development
- Training of and coaching of employees (retail & wholesale) in all related System and Processes
- Identification of System and Processes needed in Mercedes-Benz Dealerships to make theme more competitive and efficient
- Specification of Systems and System adjustments and trigger Developments as well as testing and approvals
- Support on site project team in IT issues
- Analysis and documentation of Best Practice at retail level, other brands and other industries related to Retail Business Development
Job designation
1. Support and maintenance of LMS and reporting
- Handle 1st and 2nd Level support with Dealer
- Communicate to Issues to HQ and MBCL IT
- Ensure system operation
- Support Manager by monitoring Process KPIs and daily/regular communication with MPC and dealers.

2. LMS Training and Coaching
- Development and ensure up-to-date training materials
- Support on-site project team with user trainings and coaching

3. Specification and development of LMS
- Summery, specification and planning of additional development requests
- Communication with HQ, IT (MBCL) and all additional stakeholders
- Testing of LMS system developments and updates

4. Support on site project team in IT issues
- Act as counterpart for all BDC related IT issues e.g. LMS, DMS, Telephone system etc.
- Communicate with stakeholders and give recommendations to project team

5. Administration of BDC Concept and project management
- Ensure BDC Project Documentation (e.g. BDC-Processes and Guidebook)
- Support Project Management (e.g. prepare project plan for roll-out)
- Summary and evaluation of optimization potential and prepare discussion with team

6. Analysis and documentation of Best Practice at retail level, other brands and other industries related to Retail Business Development
- Help to define Best-Practice campaigns and work out detail description for all system related topics (e.g. selection example)
- Summarize Best-Practices and share it with the team
Qualification required
Education:
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related areas.

Experience:
- Working experience in multi-national companies.
- Working experience in development and support of systems
- Working experience in user trainings (system/ processes)

Specific Knowledge:
- Advanced know-how of Project Management
- Advanced knowledge in 1st/2nd Level support
- Advanced knowledge in system specification
- Basic knowledge in Process documentation
- Basic knowledge about Automotive industry is useful
- Basic knowledge in programming and IT infrastructure set-up is useful
