| - Support to align and implement regional marketing activities with national marketing activities. - Support to execute all marketing activities for all the company's products and services at the regional level. - Support the Regional Sales & After-Sales teams to fully exploit market potentials, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department. - To steer dealers' marketing activities to ensure proper Mercedes-Benz brand image at the local level and to ensure dealers' marketing department generate maximum sales leads and After-Sales Services business. |

| 1. Planning • Supporting the management to align and adapt the national/wholesale marketing plan at a regional /dealer level • Calculating the costs of marketing measures and evaluating their benefit to provide the supervisor with a basis for decision-making. • Supporting the supervisor with the creation of the annual communication and media plan under consideration of the wholesaler's marketing activities 2. Communication & Execution • Advertising and direct marketing - Supporting the supervisor and the manager for sales to draw up briefings for external service providers and to evaluate submitted concepts. - Supporting the external partners to execute all activities preparation using guidelines provided by the Wholesale Company - Co-ordinating advertising agencies with the implementation of local advertising presence. - Maintaining contact with the advertising departments of the local media and processing press leads. - Implementing centrally/nationally organised marketing and customer relations management (CRM) measures in cooperation with the wholesaler. • Sales promotions and events - Ensuring that all sales promotion materials used are maintained and updated. - Understanding central wholesale concepts, providing feedback on regional adaptations in consultation with Regional Head - Planning, preparing and organising events and conducting negotiations with service providers - Supervising external service providers during events. • Dealer communication and steering - Communicate central marketing strategy and plan with dealers and ensure aligned marketing efforts. - Steer dealers' marketing activities to meet MBCL standards, ensure proper Mercedes-Benz brand image, enough number of sales leads, high level of customer satisfaction, and help to push short-term sales when needed. - Facilite regional dealer marketing workshops 3. Monitor & Control • Monitoring to ensure that the marketing budget is being adhered to and informing the supervisor on the budget status. • Analysing all marketing communications measures to see if objectives have been met. • Checking the invoices of all service providers in the marketing activities and event to ensure that they are accurate and that the services rendered are correct. 4. Others • Administration tasks such as maintaining dealer contact list, operating procurement systems (EBP/VDB etc.,) |
| Qualification required |
| Education: University Degree majored in marketing, public relations and/or business administration Experience: - Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing, PR field in automotive, luxury goods and/or service industry - Experience in Regional Marketing or Dealer Marketing will be an advantage. Specific Knowledge: • Language & Computer Skills - Proficient in written and spoken English - Well-versed in MS-Office applications • Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills - Profound knowledge of marketing communications - Profound knowledge of project management - Solid knowledge of the local market and competitors - Solid knowledge in business management - Solid knowledge of consumer behavior - Basic knowledge of public relationship management • Other Generic Competency - Communication Skills - Interpersonal Skills - Entrepreneurial spirit - Creativity - Organization Skills - People Management Skills - Customer Oriented Mindset |
