| Mainly responsible for press events, i.e. test drive, workshop and etc. Responsible for press material development and approval Expected to put forward fresh approaches and initiatives for PR communication Develop and implement new event strategies to support product communications |

| 1. Media Relations: • Knowledge of media landscape and press event formality • Interviews coordination and translation • Press Information editing, translation and distribution • Media Database update and maintenance 2. Product Communication Projects: • Work with strategy and content manager to design event strategy • Initiate and implement various press events to support over-all product communication strategies • Constantly looking for innovative communication strategies • Coordination with internal parties to facilitate all processes • Clearly brief agency on job tasks and develop execution plans • Manage projects and report to line manager responsively • Ensure optimal coverage and positive media feedback for each project 3. Press Event Planning and Execution: • Define communication and media strategy for press event • Implement and execute event as project manager • Proof-read and approve all press materials • On-site event management, must ensure flawless execution • Work with internal parties and external vendors to make sure smooth run of the events • Define and fabricate media messages to convince public on product advantages • Carefully select media to attend events considering both cost-effectiviness and maximizating media voice • Update and report to line manager in a timely manner • Report and update reporting manager on important issues • Constantly look out for media opportunities and long term partnership |
