职位描述/要求:

Objective of job
Rollout of strategic Dealer Management System application at Dealer Locations nationwide, to facilitate Mercedes-Benz's dealer standard business processes at Retail. Responsible to prepare, train, maintain, test and support Application Rollout in the area of Data migration and Network Infrastrcuture, within the corporate directives and ITM strategies.
Job designation
1. DMS Capacity- and Change Management
- Manage the processes according to their definition

2. DMS Setup and Configuration
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of the DMS software components. Configure and support DMS system interfaces and middleware components like GPFS

3. System Issue Tracking
- Monitor, escalate issue status with 2nd level support. Feedback and follow up result with users, in order to ensure issues are resolved within service level. Provide inputs to Application support team for problem solution on IT related issues

4. System Testing
- Test Testing of system solutions to ensure issue resolution and communicate the solution to system users

5. System Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitoring the DMS system for technical issues. Analyse system performance reports to ensure system stability in long run.

6. Issue and System Documentation
- Document all system issues, enchanements and modifications, with appropriate signature and approval, to ensure the compliance of FCPA, SOX & IT policies

7. Dealer Network
- Order Dealer Extranet with Network Service Provider.
Report, track, follow-up issues related to the Dealer Extranet with Network Service Provider .
Coordinate with Dealer, ITM DNEA, and Network Service Provider for any notification, issue resolution.
Ensure MBCL Dealer Network Standard is followed by the Dealer
Qualification required
Education:
- Univerisity degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:
- At least 2-3 years in system architecture/administration in multi-national company for AIX and NetApp based ERP applications
- Experience in technical support of business systems and IT networks
- Experience in working with Automotive or related industries is an advantage

Special Knowledge:
- Knowlegde of ITIL processes related to Capacity and Change Management
- Basic project management skills and experience
- Special knowledge in IT infrastructure and operations
- Knowledge of Autoline DMS system administration or similar systems and interface functions
- Understanding of system development cycle and programming
- Good customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing solutions
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
