| • Distribute allocation from DAG to each MBCL sales channel timely and precisely. Monitor aging stock for all channels and special usage vehicles. • Responsible for coordinate and organize employee vehicle purchase and ambassador programs. |

| 1. Check allocation resources using GO system/ISP system and communicate with VP/V colleagues in Germany or ordering department if inconsistencies happened. Prepare allocation files and allocation quantity for sales planning 2. Vehicle channel allocation preparation based on verified allocation quantity. Make internal usage (Dipomatic, marketing, PR, Training, homologation & etc) allocation and prepare allocation for sales management, making sure all demands are fairly met. Final distribution of official allocation and do additional allocation in same matter if necessary. 3. Monitoring stock including aging stock for different channels, special usage stock status, un-allocated stock disposal; cross check with Logistic team and Finance department regularly; maintain vehicle allocation status in SAP system 4. Employee Vehicle Purchase & Ambassador Program coordination together with various of internal departments (HR, Company Car Management, F&C, used car); manage and control the enire purchasing process from request to hand-over to employee; communication with employee/ambassador 5. Presentation files and reports regular update for management such as Kufri reports, Management Executive reports, etc. and all adhoc reports if necessary 6. FCPA/SOA process review and related documentation |
| Qualification required |
| Skills: Good command of English; strong communication skills; sensitive in figures and high accuracy of work; willing to take responsibilities and can manage pressure; very good multi-tasking skills; strong sense of team work Functional Skills: Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel & PPT; SAP experiences are preferred; Inside knowledge of automobile industry; customer-oriented experience in terms of sales Experience & Education: Bachelor degree, 3-5 years related working experiences in foreign enterprises (Auto industry preferred) |
