职位描述/要求:

Job designation
1. Lead Sales Incentive Central Checking Office (SICCO) team (now outsourced from Deloitte) for following responsibilities:
- Lead special discount management (sales part): around RMB4,000 ~ 5,000 Mio every year, more than 100 programs and more than 100 dealers: track actual spending of previous programs, forecast spending of current running programs and develop tools to optimize future spending to lower down the risk of over spending or insufficient utilization
- Check the fulfilment of incentive requirements and calculate payment for each dealer. Check dealer claims incl. hardcopy and softcopy, and calculate payment for each dealer. Arrange three round payout application to dealers
- Timely communicate with Regional Offices for dealers' feedback and confirmation. Timely communicate with F & C regarding incentive payment application, as well as special case applications. Besides, communicate with other deparments for various data collecting as basis for incentive calculation
- Centrally manage the incentive checking for other sales channels, incl. smart, AMG, Fleet Sales and Used Car, to avoid duplicated claim by dealers and other potential risks
- Control potential risks in incentive checking and payout process, continuously optimize process to increase efficiency and minimize risks

2. Lead "Sales Incentive Management System" project for incentive checking and calculation (Corporate Auditor's requirement for high risk findings). Together with selected agency to work out implementation plan and successfully implement the system by year end

3. Sales measure development
- Analyzing and forecast sales performance, lead task force to develop retail steering measures in order to push / assist regions to achieve sales target.
- Insight into program effectiveness and summarize learnings for future programs
- Innovatively develop "Pipeline" tool to track production, stock, wholesale and retail performance by model by month

4. Product Life Cycle Management
- Manage new product launch time
- Lead price tracking and market intelligence on monthly basis.
- Input to future product change, pricing adjustment, Kufri and OP

5. Marketing Event Support
- Arrange sales personnel on duty for the event
- Invite customers and support with customer hospitality
Qualification required
Education:
-University degree in economics, MBA preferred

Experience:
-At least 3 years experience in the automotive industry

Special Knowledge:
-Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving thinking
-Strong skills in financing/auditing area, risk management and control capability is a plus
-Ability to work independently and be a team player with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Good project and time management experiences and skills
-Excellent in Chinese and English, both written and oral
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
