| • Help dealers to improve the data quality of there reports; • Assist regional BM to help dealers to improve there performance; • Assist regional BM to smoothen the communication among central BM team, regional office and dealers. |

| 1. Be responsible for dealers data quality improvements by reviewing available business reports (BMR3 reports, DQR reports, etc.) 2. Assist Regional BM to build-up/maintain a dealers' database to provide insight of dealers' operation to Regional Office and provide measuring tools of dealers' improvements. 3. Assist Regional BM to help dealers to improve their performance by analyzing business reports, identifying existing/potential issues and providing proper suggestion. 4. Assist Regional BM to provide BM related training to dealer's management. 5. Assist Regional BM to acting as a bridge between central BM and Regional office by frequent communication with Central BM team to understand any new principles/tools/working plans, etc. and assist Regional BM to work out proper response from Regional Office. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • Bachelor degree, major in accounting or financing; Experience: • 3 or more years experience on accounting, financial analyzing or related works (working experience in big 4 accounting firms or international consulting form or automobile industry is preferred) Special Knowledge: • Full of teamwork spirit, good interpersonal skills, good at communication and quick learner under new environment. • MS Office • Fluent in Mandarin & English |
