| • Execute the implementation and new release of IMS&DMS China systems in parts module with objective to align business needs and system functions. • Do training and provide deployment support for the initial roll out and subsequent new release of partse business systems to ensure smooth running throughout China • Assist on system support and consultancy on parts business systems for CAS and dealers to utilize them to achieve business goals. • Contribute to system enhancement or business process optimization on parts business systems for CAS and dealers to achieve the common objective of continuous improvement. • Contribute to IMS&DMS China system integration to promote close cooperation between dealers and MBCL in parts aspects. • Draft and maintain DMS China country template and IMS reference documentation in parts module to guide the system implementation and enhancement for achieving DMS&IMS projects objectives. |

| 1 System implementation for rollout and new release (Parts) • Assist checking the content of new release. • Assist verify and amend the content of existing parameters, documents and reports to cope with the changes of new release. • Assist perform integration testing of the new release on stage system. • Assist the implementation of DMS roll out in MBCL dealer network for all related matters. • Communicate standard functions and parameter settings to IMS/DMS key users. • Verify the business process of dealer against the standard functions of IMS/DMS. • Assist application of standard reports and document 2 System training and deployment assistance (Parts) • Organize and provide DMS training to MBCL internal staff/dealer key users. • Organize and provide IMS parts training to MBCL internal users. • Assist the maintainence of training syllabuses, training agenda, and user manual in connection with the CT. 3 System Support and consultancy (Parts) • Contribute support services to existng IMS/DMS users of parts modules. • Tailor made reports to cope with IMS/DMS users specific needs. 4 System development (Parts) • Perform quality and integration test of new release on new function in IMS/DMS. • Collect feedback from key users and review the business needs to IMS/DMS. • Participate the national user group meeting(parts area) to promote improvement. 5 System integration with wholesaler IMS / retailer DMS (Parts) • Execute the updating of parts master data - distribute new price file, and supression file from IMS to DMS. • Create local parts in line with supplier information. • Monitor the submission of key performance reports by dealers. • Extraction from dealer parts database to prepare specific reports for CAS functional dept. • Working together with CAS functional dept. / region to assure the data quality of dealer parts records in DMS. • Conduct the checking of the translated parts data. 6 Country template (CT) management (Parts) • Documentation – create and maintain the full set of CT and IMS documentation. |

| Education: • University degree. • Major in business management, computer applications is a plus (business system preferred). Experience: • Minimum 2 years' aftersales service industry. • Spare parts procedures and warehouse practice. • Training activities. Special Knowledge: • Active seeker of information and knowledge. • Enjoy training other people. • Persuasive and able to communicate in a structured and logical way. • Market / customer oriented. • Willing to travel. • Fluent English and Mandarin. • Practical English and Chinese in written communication. • Knowledge in end user computing. |
