| Assist MBA Market Manager China. Mainly in S & M matters, however also in administration and communication in Chinese market. |
| Job designation |
| • Define clear project briefs for producing marketing materials based on requirements. • Execution of agreed project deliverables to meet scheduled deadlines. • Prepare marketing materials for print and electronic media, being sensitive to the differences between these media and market needs. • Support MBA sales and marketing activities e.g. presentations, events and trainings. • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications materials. • Support MBA Asia Pacific Director and team functioning. • Keep communication function between MBA and Chinese Market activ. • Co-ordinate with various departments within Chinese Market. Handle feedback and support market requirements. • Work closely with MBCL to enhance business in China particularly. • Support MBCL Collection and Accessories department in their role. • Analyse Chinese market trends periodically. • Provide MBA Asia Pacific Director action recommendations derived from regional market analysis. • Inform MBA office on market developments on an ongoing basis. • Liaise with external external suppliers, ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz guideline at all times. • Maintain MBA Beijing office functioning in superiors absence. |
| Qualification required |
| 1. Education: • Tertiary qualification or above in Sales and Marketing or Administration or related discipline 2. Experience: • Solid* working experience in a corporate environment • Mature* sales and marketing experience • Excellence in MS Office application, mainly Word, Excel and Powerpoint • Maturity 3. Special Knowledge: • Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English communication skills • Accurate and possess an eye for detail • Hands on mentality • Able to plan and deliver work to schedule • Able to manage a team in superior absence* • Comfortable in working independently • Familiar with local media environment an advantage • Knowledge of the print production process an advantage • German language knowledge favourable |
