职位描述/要求:

Objective of job
• Develop and implement aftersales marketing activities to gain market share, revenues and profits of MB parts and services of the Region.
• Facilitate aftersales marketing related activities between MBCL and the retail network to ensure that all activities are coherent and achieve the aim of upholding MB standards at retail levels.
• Ensure that parts-related business in the network is in line with MBCL policy.
• Ensure smooth and efficient parts-related coordination between the network and MBCL.
• Ensure smooth parts operations are run at dealerships.
• Support MBCL brand protection team at DCCL to enhance MB brand awareness.
• Budget planning and controlling.
Job designation
1. Marketing Communications and Collections & Accessories
- Ensure that MarComm and C&A materials reach the MB Dealerships within the Region.
- Provide regional support in national exhibitions and events.

2. Marketing Planning
- Analyse inputs from the MB Dealerships and market information for the formulation of marketing strategy.
- Liaise between MBCL and MB Dealerships in the region for the rollout of marketing programs.

3. Marketing Tools
- Ensure the implementation of the marketing tools introduced by DCAG in the Region. (MRA, CSI, PSA).
- Transfer the know-how of the application of the marketing tools in the MB Dealerships with the aim of providing improved operation and profitability in the dealerships.

4. Marketing Products
- Achieve higher sales of MB Genuine Parts and services by means of implementing aftersales marketing programs, e.g. Winter/Summer Fit/ Service Week, etc. within the network.

5. Reporting
- Analyse and report the Service and Parts figures for the Region.

6. Market Management
- Follow-up and implement marketing activities according to the marketing plan. Assist to set up controlling systems to monitor the realisation phases.

7. Parts Operation
- Ensure that the parts operation in the network is in line with MBCL policy.

8. Brand Protection
- Support brand protection activities within the Region.

9. Budget planning and controlling
- Compile and control of annual budget for the AS department.
Qualification required
1.Education:
University Degree in Business Studies or Marketing, including a component of financial management.

2.Experience:
3 years work experience in the field of marketing or business management.
Previous experience with automotive industry with retail experience would be an advantage.
Excellent oral and written skills with sound marketing skills.
Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically.
Tactful and diplomatic with emphasis on building team spirit.
Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and Web.

3.Special Knowledge:
Fluent in English, Mandarin;
Consistency and accuracy in administrative task;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to work as a team with other departments;
Able to understand and interpret financial data;
Ability to develop, implement and follow through on action plans to achieve pre-established objectives.
Customer handling, time management and conflict resolution skills.
