| To execute the project management on DMS implementation and post implementation review at the MB dealerships in PRC. To assist the management of multiple DMS related projects at wholesale level within the whole project life cycle |

| 1 Execute the project management on the DMS implementation at the dealers -define the implementation planning -monitor and control the implementation progress and quality 2 Contribute to the development of the DMS implementation standard approach and template 3 Assist the project manager on DMS related projects at wholesale level. - project initiation preparation - detailed planning - project tasks follow up - issue management - project status report and quality gate preparation 4 Lead the post-implementation review. - develop the template and tools for post-implementation review - detailed PIR planning - PIR result follow up - issue management - analysis the finding of PIR and contribute to enhancement of dealer's DMS usage |
| Qualification required |
| Skills –general skills, personality traits: -Very good written and spoken English -Excellent with standard PC tools (MS Office, MS Project) -Good portfolio management skills to manage multiple projects and different tasks Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills: -Good Project Management domain knowledge, PMP or equivalent certification would be a definite advantage -know how on dealer business process is an advantage Experience and education: -Minimum 3+ years working experience of which 1+ years in project management in the multiple-national company, preferably in the automotive industry. -Bachelor degree, major in Business Management or Information Technology Management is an advantage. |
