职位描述/要求:

Objective of job
- Set and monitor regional KPI based on analysing businesss management reports,regional specific wholesales/retail/stock trends and KPI's as well as qualitative information to assess regional performance and determine overal correctivemeasuresin.
- Coordinate with regional office to monitor and steer the regional retail.
- Develop the dealer operation related process, tracking reports and operation KPI. Analyze and monitor the dealer operation to push the sales.
- Develop and implement the retail project to improve the dealers' capability of retai management and acquisition(eg. Showroom efficiency management project, the sales camp).
- Communicate with the regions and dealers. Organizing the regional meeting/the dealer conference/the workshop to discuss all sales related issues with the regions and dealers, sending dealer letter /dealer message to communicate the sales situation and other activities.
Job designation
1. KPI Setting and input
- Design KPI and consolidate the comments from the regions and finalize KPI
- Setting region specific monthly/Quarterly/Yearly KPI target and update retail planning with regions monthly
- Work with region to set dealer KPI according to region KPI and monitor the KPI achievement & push sales
- Work with region to set RM/DM KPI according to region KPI and monitor KPI achievement
- Collect KPI review report from regions on regular basis and discuss with the regions in order to input for planning and setting KPI in the next period

2. KPI Monitoring and Steering
- Analyse KPI review report and other businesss management reports,regional specific wholesales/retail/stock trends and KPI's as well as qualitative information to assess regional performance and determine overal correctivemeasures.
- Enhance the regional steering concept and develop the tracking format/process together with region (eg. Dealer monthly KPI tracking report)
- Propose the scoring for the regions according to KPI Standard.
- Organize the regular regional meeting to review KPI scoring and summarize the findings.
- Work with the region to determine overall improvement measures based on KPI achievement and the implementation of pro-actively retail steering

3. Regional Retail Monitoring and Steering
- Analyze Business Management reports, regional specific wholesale/retail/stock trends and KPI's as well as qualitative information to assess regional RM/DM performance.
- Coordinate with regional office to have regular regional meeting to discuss sales related operation and issues.
- Work with RM/DM to develop the corrective action plan based on target achievement and the implementation of improvement actions

4. Dealer Operation Monitoring and Steering
- Develop the dealer operation related process, tracking reports and operation KPI (eg. Showroom traffic, test drive, aging stock management).
- Coordinate with the regions to conduct the dealers to Implement operation process and submit the reports.
- Analyze the dealer operation reports, and discuss with the regions to find the improvement actions.
- Monitoring and Scoring the regional office regarding operation KPI

5. Retail project Developing and Fulfillment
- Develop the retail project to improve the dealers' capability of retai management and acquisition(eg. Showroom efficiency management project, sales camp,acquisition program).
- Monitoring the dealers to implement the retail project and tracking the project effect

6. Regional Communication
- Organize the weekly regional teleconference to update the business.
- Organize the QSM to summarize quarterly sales status and discuss the improvement action.
- Develop and manage the regional management system in RME
- Routine communication with RM&DM regarding the retail performance.
- RM/DM workshop to enhance the dealer management

7. Dealer Communication
- Organize the national dealer conference to update business status and discuss the hot issues with the dealers.
- Work with the regions to organize the dealer roundtable meeting to communicate and discuss the business issue.
- Organize the dealer training and communication event such as sales camp.
- Dealer letter/dealer message delivery to release the sales policy and update the business.
- Organize the dealer workshop to discuss the dealer operation and improve the sales capability.
Qualification required
1. Education:
Bachelor degree

2. Experience:
At least 2 years experience in the automotive industry

3. Special Knowledge:
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving thinking
Ability to work independently and be a team player with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent in Chinese and English, both written and oral
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
