| Provide Parts technical support, information efficiently advice to the Regional Office. |

| Provide consultancy for parts technical inquiries, resolve possible parts technical issues with wholesale and retail levels. Ensure a smooth and professional support with service technical term for parts and service related matters, Provide first-level support for EWA/EPC inquiry and usage with MPC level. Also conduct the training of Dealer parts inventory control use DMS, WW9 re-order report. New model initial suggestion list. Support of regions: Ensure the standard of parts warehouse. Support in Regional Office the New dealer parts warehouse planning and management setup of location parts management. Communication via Parts Valuable info Notification: Prepare report to dealer's, Regional office Parts Specialist, via Parts sales team Parts Supersession Chain: Daily Report analysis (Daily supersession Chain list) |
| Qualification required |
| Education: Degree/or above In Mechanical/Automotive or other Technical Fields Experience: 3 years work parts experience operation preferably with at experience Specific Knowledge: Fluent in English, Mandarin: Computer literate with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint. Analytical skills: Consistency and accuracy in details attention to,Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Able to work under pressure team player |
