| Manage operational activities of Sales Administration (SA) team. Attend to daily operation between SA-team and DPTS in terms of Parts Procurement and Parts Sales business with dealers. Supervise the management of customer complaint cases and claims resolution; Prepare personnel planning. assess qualifications and determine training needs; assist in OP planning and budget control. Participate in project work as assigned. |

| 1 Procurement Management • Cultivate a strong sense of vendor management amongst team members. • Actively involve in vendor management. • Manage parts procurement team to execute efficient parts procurement process from MBCL to DPTS and other suppliers. • Ensure an effective reporting system internally for any back-orders and responsive to them accordingly. • Initiative and responsive in handling vendor's request and feedback. • Initiate and implement corrective measures with vendor where necessary 2 Parts Sales and Claim Management • Cultivate a strong customer-oriented mindset amongst team members. • Manage the already established dealer ordering processes in terms of efficiently and timely process dealer parts orders with the objective of boosting higher sales turnover. • Monitor inter-personal skills of Key Account personnel to maintain and further enhance customer satisfaction at dealer level. • Ensure an effective reporting system to dealers and responsive in follow-up of back-orders • Supervise accurate and timely parts distribution in accordance with dealer standards and/or dealer requests. • Ensure specific parts policies and security regulations are adhered to, e.g. theft relevant parts (DRT). Ensure complete, accurate and timely invoicing of deliveries according to rules and regulations. • Initiate and implement corrective measures, where necessary. 3 Human Resources Development • Manage headcount development • Responsible for staff LEAD appraisal • Staff development via on-the-job training, mentoring and training allocation |
| Qualification required |
| Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent MBA preferred but not necessary. Experience: Long –term experience in sales management and operation. Experience in the automotive business on retail level, as well as wholesale level is preferred. Strong analytical and organization skill. Strong communication and inter-personal relationship techniques. Leadership skills with emphasis on teamwork. Excellent proficiency in English Specific Knowledge: Must possess strong customer-oriented mindset Initiative and responsive in customer's request Excellent vendor management skill |
