| Provide technical and non-technical support to workshop and after-sales managerial staff at retail level. Enable primarily the newly established service centres to function according to MB standards and guidelines. Ultimate goals are to achieve customer satisfaction and dealer efficiency. |

| 1. Advise on enquiries from the service network and assist to solve technical problems. 2. Provide assistance to workshop management in implementing and maintaining proper workshop processes (i.e. from receiving till invoicing / hand-over of vehicle back to customer). 3. Analyse product problems and prepare technical reports. 4. Liaise with the suppliers in the set up of new dealerships and problem solving process. 5. Monitor compliance with guidelines for repair processes and operation of equipment, advice on use of information sources. 6. Conduct update technical information sessions; provide on-the-job training in the after-sales areas including control room, tools room, unit repair room, and warranty related areas in the workshop. 7. Monitor the processing of service measures/recall campaign. 8. Coordinate with the MBCL central department for updates on MB standards for tools & equipment. Liaise with local suppliers on pricing, contract terms & conditions. Develop and maintain a database containing all information on tools & equipment to support the network. 9. Handle the administration and logistics of all After Sales IT systems including Star Diagnosis, EPC/WIS/ASRA/DAS and licence keys for the Region. |
| Qualification required |
| Skills/Experience/Attributes: 3 years of workshop operation experience (preferably MB). Specific knowledge: Fluent in English, Mandarin; Computer literate with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, e-mail and web Positive attitude; Analytical skills; Consistency and accuracy in administrative task; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work as a team with other departments; Education/Training: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or other Technical fields; DAG/MBCL: technical/organizational training; |
