| Implement, maintain, test and support application systems to facilitate business processes in Aftersales business area (Warranty), within the corporate directives and ITM strategies. Assist business on new functionality development and business process improvements. |

| 1 Warranty System - 1st level support -Communicate with system users, understand the issue background and related Business Process -Collect sufficient information, reproducible steps and parameters -Target to resolve 85% of issues on his/her own -Seek help from 2nd level support if issue cannot be resolved due to system bug, configuration problem, or insufficient authority 2 Application issue Tracking -Document, monitor and report issue progress -Escalate issues to 2nd level support & follow-up -Feedback and follow up result with users, in order to ensure issues are resolved within service level. 3 Issue and System Documentation Document all system issues, enhancements and modifications, with appropriate signature and approval, to ensure the compliance with FCPA, SOX and IT policies 4 System Interface Monitoring Monitor timed jobs, interfaces and document flow within Warranty System modules, between Warranty System and other systems, in order to guarantee high level of data integrity. 5 Project Implementation Coordination Communicate with users, collect requirements, monitor status, and conduct UAT, provide input to risk and backup plan, in order to ensure project or system enhancement are implemented according to the schedule 6 Business and System Process Consultation Provide consultation service to user in order to integrate business process into system function, and improve business efficiency 7 General Application Support Maintain the highest level of service to all internal customers |
| Qualification |
| Education • University degree in Computer Science or related discipline Experience • At least 2 years in ERP system support in multi-national company • Basic Project Management Skills to implement new system and manage major changes to existing systems • Experience in supporting Wholesale / Retail business system • Experience in working with Automotive or related industries is an advantage Special Knowledge • Knowledge of ITIL processes related to Incident and Change Management • Knowledge of Aftersales Warranty systems and processes in Auto Industry • Understanding of system development cycle and programming logic • Understanding of Financial Accounting &Warranty Operations • Knowledge in general IT infrastructure and components • Good customer service and interpersonal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing solutions • Excellent command of spoken and written English |
