职位描述/要求:

Objective of job
Supports to ensure the success of the MB product portfolio in China. Develops and implements strategies for optimum exploitation of existing and future MB PV market potentials to produce adequate market requirement in China based on detailed market and competitor's product knowledge. Manages and develops his/her products along the lifecycle om order to cater for the market's, customer's and internal requirements. Evaluates and pushes strategic product projects to ensure future competitiveness of product portfolio.
Job designation
1 Lifecycle Management:
Steer lifecycle management in the team by initiating the preparation of lifecycle proposals on product, pricing and positioning for each model row for the OP timeframe with the relevant product responsible and also assure integration of cross MR topics. Alignment of lifecycle proposals with S&M management team and assurance that PM lifecycle activities align with volume planning and sales targets.

2 Homologation and regulation coordination:
Follow up on China model program, identify and facilitate the homologation process. Responsible for clarification of all homologation issues with EP/QZ and DCCL. Responsible for info flow regarding homologation information to the team & to management if necessary. Homologation pool responsible. Alert the management team on new regulations and propose actions for MBCL.

3 Strategic Product Projects:
Steering and analysis of strategic product projects for MBCL incl. presentation preparation and decision assurance by management.

4 Monitor Product, Price & Product Specification Development in the market:
Discuss and finalize evaluation of product comparisons within market specific MB product portfolio and competitors with team members (for the above mentioned products);
Steer and conduct continually market observation and analyzes.

5 Leadership/team coordination:
Steer tasks of staff and coordinate of their timeline and alignment to other departments.
Propose processes optimization and measurements to improve quality of workflow.

Qualification required
Education:
Economics/Commerce (with marketing focus) or technical university degree or mechanical engineering/education with supplementary professional experience in the other subject each; experience in the automotive industry, also supplier.

Experience:
Min.3 years working experience; international experience/working in an international company; leadership and strong management experience

Specific Knowledge:
Fluent(spoken/written) English and Madarin; very good MS office knowledge(Excel, Powerpoint, Word); SAP basic knowledge or end user experience is preferable; international and local driving license; good analyzing and structuring skills as well as presentation skills. Profound knowledge in management techniques. Profound knowledge and fascination about cars, strong knowledge of manufacturers, market trends and trends in general. Strong and mature personality.
