| ▪ Responsible in conducting quality training courses according to DCAG international standard and corporate requirement for all target groups at the dealerships in Hong Kong/Macau/PRC. ▪ Implementation of training strategy that is aligned with the needs of the technological and business development |

| ▪ Training - Prepare training syllabuses, manual and teaching aids, - Maintain tools and workshop equipment, and - Conduct theoretical and practical training for mainland China, HK & Macau dealerships. ▪ Self-Improvement Acquire updated knowledge of training/teaching methods and aids. ▪ Training Evaluation Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to chief training officer. ▪ Translation Act as an interpreter during training. |
| Qualification required |
| ▪ Education: - Diploma in automotive engineering, higher certificate in motor vehicle engineering or related engineering discipline. - Completion of recognised technician apprenticeship in automobile Industrial. ▪ Experience: - 5 years relevant working experience in automotive industrial after completion of the automotive technician apprenticeship. - Mercedes-Benz products knowledge. - Teaching experience in automotive training school, college would be advantage. ▪ Special Knowledge / Personal Traits: - Fluent In both spoken and written English and Putonghua. - Proficient in Microsoft application, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. - Techniques in presentation, teaching and workshop instruction. - Hazards in the respective trade, the necessary safety precautions to be taken and relevant Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection Ordinances and Regulations. - Conscientious & self-motivated, pleasant personality, team player and ability to adopt new environment |
