| ▪ Responsible for receiving and releasing of new vehicles ▪ Implement the new vehicles Pre-Inspection according to the standard MB Pre-Inspection report; fill in the last checking result ▪ Record and fill in the basic maintenance information of new vehicles ▪ New vehicles maintenance and management in warehouse before PDI ▪ Responsible for implementing the car release process with the logistics delivery. Fill in the VPC car release form ▪ Responsible for preparation of PDI ▪ Vehicles washing, Rip off new vehicles transportation protection film. ▪ Install windscreen ran blades, the cover of the towing hook ▪ New vehicles body and painting check ▪ Responsible for PDI star D checking ▪ Check the electronic units of cars, erase the fault code ▪ Reset some functions ▪ Implement Service measurers in case MBCL authorize to do. ▪ Measure battery voltage, all the functions manual check ▪ Check the accessories of the vehicles ▪ Mark on the checking form or fill in the report to MBCL when meet problems ▪ According to MBCL guideline, solve problems. For warranty implement warranty process. ▪ Responsible for PDI mechanical checking ▪ Check engine box, liquid level ▪ Chassis and suspension check adjust the wheel bolt and tire pressure ▪ Conduct the new vehicles brake test. ▪ According to MBCL guideline, solve problems found in PDI. For warranty implement warranty process. ▪ Responsible for periodical maintenance (tire pressure, battery voltage, functions and so on)of the new vehicles in the warehouse after PDI. ▪ Responsible for PDI exterior/interior checking and final check ▪ Check the outside/inside aspect, painting and scratching ▪ Cleaning vehicles (outside/inside) ▪ Small problems solving, such as polish very slim scratch ▪ Mark on the checking form or fill in the report to MBCL when meet problems ▪ Complete the final check of the new vehicles. ▪ Conduct road test. ▪ Collect and archive all the PDI files for management ▪ Check and ensure PDI implementation quality ▪ Fill in the technical inquiry report or vehicles damages description to MBCL ▪ Give out repairing proposal and report to MBCL ▪ Implement repair plan and arrange schedule. ▪ Communicate between VPC and MBCL |
| Qualifications & Requirements: |
| ▪ Fluent in English, Mandarin ▪ Computer literate with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, e-mail and web ▪ Positive attitude, analytical skills ▪ Consistency and accuracy in administrative task ▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ▪ Able to work as a team with other department ▪ 3 years of workshop operation experience (preferably MB) ▪ Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Automotive or other Technical fields |
