| ▪ Retail Consulting Support consultants in on-site consulting and conduct off-site implementation support and monitoring at retail outlets. Preparation of presentation, reporting and other consult-related material. If required, act as the bridge between the consultant and the dealer, e.g. translation, daily interactions with dealers. ▪ DSP tools development Conduct continuous assessment of effectiveness of retail consulting tools. Initiate adaptations and fine-tuning of tools and instruments. Prepare supporting material for retail consulting tools (e.g. tools descriptions, presentations, etc.). ▪ Quality control Support retail consulting satisfaction index assessment and evaluation with all dealers. Participate in review meetings with MBCL and managers to report on consulting activities. ▪ Project management support (back office) Support project manager in all areas of DSP operations. Book hotels and flights for consulting teams. Prepare review meetings. \ |
| Qualifications & Requirements: |
| University (business, economics, marketing, engineering) 2 years working experience (preferably in automotive industry) Perfect Mandarin, proficient English Proficient in MS Office tools |
