New Vehicles
- Mercedes-Benz branded vehicles, sold by an Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) on or after March 1st 2007 will be eligible for benefits under the program free of charge.
- Vehicles will be covered for a period of two years from the commencement date of the warranty period.
Mercedes-Benz StarElite Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Mercedes-Benz StarElite Pre-Owned Vehicles (the "Pre-Owned Vehicles") sold by an Authorized Mercedes-Benz StarElite Pre-Owned Program Dealer in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) on or after September 1st 2008 will be eligible for the benefits under the program.
- Vehicles will be covered for a period of at least one year from the invoice date of purchase of the Pre-Owned Vehicle.
Vehicles Less Than 5 Years Old
- Any Mercedes-Benz branded passenger cars less than 5 years old (from the warranty commencement date) and sold by an Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) except for the vehicles already receiving free roadside assistance services will be eligible to purchase roadside assistance services through any Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer, effective as of September 1st 2008.
- Such vehicles will be covered for a period of one year or two years from the relevant purchase date.
