The eighth Mercedes-Benz TechMasters China Final was held on November 25-26, 2015 at the Shanghai Training Center. Upon 2 days of heated competition, Changchun Star Team won the champion for its superb repair skills and excellent service quality, with first runner-up and second runner-up belonging to Jinan Star and Qingdao Star Teams respectively. At the same time, five technicians from different job profiles won the Best Individual Awards for their outstanding technical competency.
The competition this year placed greater emphasis on improving daily service quality with a focus on blind spots in After-Sales technical services. This year, the scale expanded to cover 3,709 technicians from 330 authorized dealers across China in the On-line Test, and included 36 teams from 4 regions in the final competition. This is the perfect opportunity for them to further take up the challenge and sharpen their skills in order to identify the perfect representatives to fight the 2016 global competition next year.
