In order for new Mercedes-Benz owners to have a better understanding of their vehicles and the After-Sales services, Mercedes-Benz China has launched the Vehicle Familiarization Workshop, where customers and their friends have an opportunity to gain complete understanding of Mercedes-Benz After-Sales services, and experience our brand promise.

The workshop offers comprehensive information about advance Booking, 24 Hour Roadside Assistance, Seasonal Service, Warranty, Maintenance regulations, and other After-Sales services and activities. Mercedes-Benz professionals will teach car owners how to maintain the engine, suspension, tires, and provide driving tips in harsh conditions, such as those often seen in winter and rainy seasons. Customers will have an opportunity to sit in a real Mercedes-Benz to understand and experience vehicle functions as well as the comfort, safety, and many other features that make Mercedes-Benz cars unique. In addition, attendees will be able to confer with our technical experts about all sorts of problems they encounter during their daily driving, and visit the garage areas, which are not open to public, to witness the precise and meticulous service procedures of the Mercedes-Benz service staff.
