Power Customer Satisfaction Index, with a comprehensive score of 815, which is 39 points higher than the average.
The booth also traces Mercedes-Benz's achievements in corporate social responsibility. This is the second year for Mercedes-Benz to present a CSR corner to showcase its broad range of corporate social responsible initiatives. The Green Legacy Program forms the highlight of the CSR corner this year. Through a three-year partnership between Mercedes-Benz and UNESCO, the project has achieved many tangible outcomes in preserving China's treasured heritage sites. To date, Mercedes-Benz has donated a total of RMB 10 million toward the protection of World Natural Heritage Sites in China - which has significantly contributed to the sustainable development of nature and mankind. As the most successful high-end luxury car brand in the world, Mercedes-Benz has also been actively involved in the promotion of sports and culture with the aim of enriching Chinese society.
