Beijing, May 10, 2010 – At this year's recently held annual "Family Dinner" in Beijing, representatives from Mercedes-Benz dealers throughout the country gathered together to celebrate a successful year of achievements in 2009. A special award ceremony was conducted during the evening, honoring 11 Mercedes-Benz authorized dealers in China. Three dealers were named "Best Dealer" for their excellence in financial measures, new vehicle sales, spare parts supply and services, and customer satisfaction in sales and after-sales. "Best Sales Satisfaction" and "Best After-Sales Customer Satisfaction" were bestowed to six dealers that achieved outstanding scores in Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) respectively. Finally, the three leading dealers in standard and audit won "Best in Standard and Audit."
