On the affected vehicles, it is possible that in isolated cases, there might be a leak in the area of the connection fitting of the power steering pump. This typically starts by causing a loud noise in the power steering pump. Steering might become sluggish over time, in particular during parking maneuvers. No reports about related accidents and casualties have been received.
