Beijing, September 22, 2009 – Mercedes-Benz recently organized its first ever Accident Management Workshop, which was held in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. This unprecedented event successfully brought together leading domestic auto insurance companies, authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers, and a top automotive claims solutions company. Centering around in-depth discussions over solutions for the complex challenges associated with accident management, the workshop focused on working together to jointly reach an even higher level of customer satisfaction. To date, Mercedes-Benz is the first luxury automaker in China to launch an event of this caliber.
